About SALT
A generation being seasoned for its purpose.
SALT exists to disciple young and emerging adults into the fullness of who God created them to be. We believe your late teens through thirties aren't a waiting room — they're a launching pad. Every week we gather to worship, learn Scripture, and build friendships that last well beyond a Sunday.

Two Groups, One Umbrella
Emerging Adults & Young Adults together.
SALT is intentionally home to two seasons of life. Emerging Adults (18–24) are navigating college, first jobs, and new independence. Young Adults (25–39) are building careers, marriages, families, and legacies. We keep both under one umbrella because the transition into adulthood is too important to walk alone.
Transition
The years between 18 and 24 are one of the most formative transitions in life. By staying connected to older peers, emerging adults step into adulthood with mentors who have already walked through the same questions.
Internal Mentorship
Young adults don't just attend SALT — they invest in it. They lead small groups, mentor college students, model healthy relationships, and pass down what faith, work, and life look like in Houston.
Fellowship
Worship nights, small groups, and citywide outreach are shared spaces where both generations build genuine friendships across age lines. The result is a family where no one is 'too young' or 'too old' to belong.

College Connect is SALT's home for students at Texas Southern University, Prairie View A&M, and every campus around Houston. Between classes, work, and everything else, you shouldn't have to grow in your faith alone.
- Campus small groups and midweek Bible study
